This ACE store has definitely not been following the basic tenets of the customer service standards that makes Ace Hardware great. Associates did not acknowledge me as I came in. When asked for the item I came in for the guy he said he thought it might be down that way, but didn’t move to maybe point me in the direction. (It wasn’t there). I purchased $168.79 replacement key fob for my automobile almost one year to date from Falmouth Ace Hardware. The lock/unlock feature stopped working. After my internet research I attempted the suggestions of changing the battery out, and cleaning the button areas. My secondary fob worked fine so it seemed the defective fob should only need to be reprogrammed according to multiple web threads. The crew at this location are wonderful. Andre has made it clear to make customer experience a priority and it shows. I have been met with helpful people in each department on each visit. I have other Ace hardware closer to me but I will take the extra time to go to this location.
Rude staff, won’t be shopping here again. 0/10 don’t recommend between the manager and another women who works there.
