Scheduled service for Sunday morning and the tech called saying he had car issues and can they move it to the afternoon. Then about an hour later I received a call from another employee stating I had an issue with the inspection fee. I did not. Seems like their employee engagement and customer service is not really focused on the customer. I turned down the service and will be selecting someone else.
Your website states chimney repair/inspection. Not sure what you all do? Called to get someone to come look at our chimney because it definitely needs something done to it. And the lovely person on the other side states, “ We don’t come over to tell you your faucet is okay to use”. Thanks for nothing!
Can’t say enough good things about Cliff! He came right away and was very professional. The pricing was more than reasonable and he gave me a great rate. He works quickly and cleaned everything up right away. He also gave me some great advice which I really appreciated. Thank you and great job!!
