Awfull front desk services pre determined that place out of the blue with my insurer’s big mistake wasn’t able too communicate in my tong language “french”call back they wouldn’t answer call back again girl answered put me on hold instantly waited 20 minutes no answers terrible terrible services never never going.Back there again.
My experience from the start has been bad. In December I needed to change my shocks. I go to a shop to buy the parts and call Falls Service to make an appointment. I dropped my car off and few hours later get a call stating that one of the shocks (I had both left and right side) was wrong so the mechanic was only able to change the one side. No clue why the mechanic didn’t look at the parts to make sure they were both good before taking my whole car apart but whatever.. they wanted to charge me the full price but my bf was a... read more
They did more work without asking permission. They could at least have the decency to call first. Do not leave your car there without your presence. You may be in for a surprise. Unreliable.
