They did more work without asking permission. They could at least have the decency to call first. Do not leave your car there without your presence. You may be in for a surprise. Unreliable.
My story goes like this.. Went in for seasonal tire change, in which my tires are on rims, SUV was backed out of bay and driven across the lot and parked. I paid bill and left. However, as soon as I pulled onto road to go back to work I heard a strange noise and I'm like "what now". I finished my work day and went home (not even 5 minute drive) noise is still there but I'm not too concerned because hey..I just left a garage. Great service, friendly staff and reasonable prices. I blew a tire on The highway and they were fanatastic, got me back on the highway in no time!
Brought my car in for an oil change, guy said my car's filter was unique and only when i was paying told me it would cost more. He reduced it to the quoted price after i said i wasent paying that, and still charged the full amount after he said he wasent going to charge us extra, like im too stupid to do the math. Also the clerk was swearing out loud like a sailor in the presence of my wife. Then he said he was the owner. What a joke this place is...no respect. Will NEVER go there again.
