My father went because he was referred from a different shop so he felt confident in his decision at first. He was treated unfairly and was told not to return to the establishment. This was all over a dollar discrepancy of not being able to be paid with credit card since he did not have cash. The way he was spoken to was unjust and a business should not speak rudely to their paying customers, especially when they are elderly.

Bought a car from maxkar motors. This is the station that signed off on the inspection. Stating suspension was good. Needless to say front struts didnt even have the bolt for the strut mount. But yet, dave maddox from maxkar motors said they were replaced. And this inspection was done here. I have pics and videos of original struts being pulled out and replaced. At the cost of 2500. I love a honest repair shop. I told them what I needed done (according to another car company) and I bought the parts for the job. I left it there for the day and the owner called me back and told me the parts were the incorrect parts and that I must get them from the dealer. In the meantime he told me he did a temp fix so I could drive my car a while longer. I go to pick up my car and asked him how much I owed him? He said $0 because they weren’t able to fix it.
