This was not a pleasant visit at all. I picked out a pair of wonderful glasses frames and paid fifty dollars down on them only to get a call a week later saying that my VSP insurance did not cover the frames. They did NOT tell me during my visit this, and was a complete surprise, as they did not give me any reason to think they wouldn't be covered.
