Falls printing has helped us with a few different needs for our school. Appreciate their excellent service & efficiency!
Very poor communication. Twice I ordered business cards and the first time I was forgotten about for a month and they didn’t even start the cards even after calling three times to remind them. The second attempt went better but with errors and I sent emails to correct it. When I received my cards they STILL had the errors and nothing fixed like I explained in the email. Terrible customer service and terrible follow ups. I’m very very disappointed with this company because they’ve let me down numerous times.
Great job on a quick turnaround.
