Last August I finally went for a hearing test at one of the big chains. Test went ok and it was obvious there was hearing loss. I was subsidised by DVA for a basic hearing aid. They said there'd be a $300 extra charge for the charger. As the audiologist ran through the costs, his voice started to shake and he began to stammer, it felt excruciating, as though something was uncomfortable. I didn't go back it was too expensive. Exceptional service from Dr. Antony. Went to the clinic for an earwax removal appointment as my ear was hurting and making me feel so uncomfortable. The process didn’t hurt at all. I couldn’t be happier with his treatment and experience. He was so careful and gentle while removing the wax from my ear. He also offered me a hearing test for free to make sure I was fine. I will definitely go back in the future. I would rate this clinic with 10 if I could
Love these guys. They have got me set up with bluetooth-free hearing devices in a professional manner. Katia, Anthony and others I have dealt with along the way have all been excellent.
Rather disappointed unfortunately. I was told I only had a little bit of wax in one ear and the other ear was clean. Still charged $130 for apppointment and wasn't even shown what had come out of my one ear. During the clean she hurt inside my ear and then told me not to move. I advised she had hurt my ear right down inside which caused me to jump. This to me felt like she had gone too far inside my ear which should never have happened.
