This was the first job I gotten because my dad works here and he wanted me to get out of the house. *SMACKS LIPS* Got fired at the end of the end of my first week because of being not a good fit, I wasn't given any other reason so I'm lead to believe that I was fired because I didn't work as good as my dad did. I am 18 BTW.
Just a job not a career!! They work you like crazy with no break besides lunch time & the pay scales and raise suck (.75 cents really?!). The supervisors and lead guys need to learn on how to work together not against each other and treat your employees equally . There are other welding jobs else where besides this place. So save yourself the headache!!
