Falls Manor and the whole crew are top notch. We picked the perfect spot for our daughters baby shower. Everything went off exactly how we planned it. Just to name a few, Sonya, Brian, Lynn and Amber are awesome. I know there were other team members behind the scenes that made our day turn out beautiful. Falls Manor was accommodating since day 1! They provide excellent service and strive to make your day as special as you envision. Brian, Sonia, Trish & Andy were the best support throughout the entire journey leading up to the big day. They’re such an attentive team who puts your vision first and ensures that it’s met. Terrible!! My friend had an incident with another person that left her feeling very scared and uncomfortable and when she requested video footage to defend her case she was met with hostility and attitude from a worker named Bryan Howard. He even had the nerve to dismiss her claim and assume everything seemed fine in the footage and then hang up on her! Completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
