Been using them for years! I love them, the women are kind on the phone I have never met the person/people who deliver but they are always respectful of the property and are in and out before you even knew they were there! They were my first call when I moved in, have been the only call ever since
Great people in a small town. Willing to work with you.
Reached out for a rush delivery and the two representatives did everything in their power to make that happen. I cannot say how appreciative they listened and were willing help with a solution. The customer service was above and beyond what most do today. Thank you again for taking my Saturday call. Well done
I cannot recommend Falls Home Oil enough! After accidentally running out of fuel during a brutal cold snap with -7° temperatures, I called everywhere and no one else was willing to come out. Falls Home Oil stepped up immediately. Their team was incredibly nice, courteous, and professional throughout the entire process. They truly saved the day and kept my home warm when I needed it most. Five stars isn't enough!
