Falls Contracting, Marc and Steve were the general contractors for the repairs in my Durham home (bathroom, hallway, 2 bedrooms, basement closet) from water damage. They were professional, very flexible, easy to work with, had to come behind other contractors and re-assess the required repairs, patient with my pickiness, completed work on schedule, and made sure I was happy with the repairs. This company was top notch! They were on my mitigation immediately..no delay! Took care of my water loss no questions asked. My hubby and I were on a cruise when one of our toilets broke a fill line while we were gone. A nightmare to come back to! They were in the very next day for clean up. Big thanks to Chuck, the owner, and his team! They were awesome start to finish. We had a lot of water damage from an upstairs toilet that ran all night and water ran all through the downstairs causing a ton of damage.
