I debated on whether my review should be a 2 or 3 star. My son purchased a 2016 F150 in January 2026. We were told verbally that the cam phasers and timing chain had been replaced by Falls City. On April 20th, 2026, the truck lost power and was taken to a local repair shop. We were told the same repair needed to be done again. I notified Falls City and they agreed to reimburse us $1200 for parts but could not reimburse us for the labor. Falls City sent me photos of the parts receipts to prove they purchased the parts. I had a pleasant car buying experience. No pressure and friendly staff and sales person. Test drive my car and said it's like to think about it. No pressure what do ever, told to let them know if I had any questions. A week later I contacted them again and we works out a deal.
People deserve to know what they’re getting into before spending their hard-earned money, so I’m sharing our experience with this dealership. Before purchasing our Jeep Wrangler, we pointed out a noise during the test drive because something did not sound right. We have never bought a vehicle from a mom and pop shop. Wanting to help the economy and shop local businesses, We bought our son a 2014 ford escape less than a year ago. We thought it would be a great fit for our son’s first car. Customer service was fantastic John even played along when we surprised our son with it. Overall experience I would give a 10/10.
