It is very immature and rude for staff to talk about patients as if we can’t hear them. If you live and work in a small town you are going to cross paths with people you don’t like. Act professional about it.
Came in today and did have someone come with me because it made me comfortable. When I went to the bathroom the nurse practitioner bad mouthed me thinking no one could hear. I’m very displeased with the service today. People just need to be a bit more professional.

When we moved here, we started going to this practice from a recommendation from a family member. Who we had been seeing moved and we started seeing a new one Jill Bartek.
