Not gender affirming at all - Terrible Reception - Extremely Unprofessional (Violated HIPPA by mentioning another client) I got harassed and yelled at on the phone for even asking if they do gender affirming electrolysis, they mentioned another client's experience and violated another person's confidentiality. So unbelievable rude and disrespectful. Would not recommend at all or even stepping foot in such a negative environment. Lord help the woman in that "professional practice."
Best place for hair removal in the whole area!! Susan definitely knows what she is doing!!! She makes you feel comfortable and is so kind. It didn't hurt at all. I will definitely be going back! Plus the prices are very, very reasonable!
