Use this shop! Donald H. McLean, VA 2/9/2012 I first dealt with a body shop in 1963. I have subsequently dealt with them in DC, Maryland, Virginia, Oklahoma, Peru, Venezuela, the Dominican Republic and Mexico. No one is as good as Falls Church Auto Body. USAA referred me there after my wife' Acura MCX was sideswiped on the Beltway. They finished on time and kept me posted along the way. Great work! I took my car here after an 18-wheeler tire blew out in front of me on the highway and ripped apart the undercarriage of my car. The bumper was cracked/ripped off, grill ruined, scratches galore, etc. I brought it in for an estimate, which proved to be very accurate compared to the final bill. They began work and I was notified immediately of additional damage they found, which they told me upfront was likely due to the nature of the accident. avoid at all costs i had my honda civic towed to Falls Church Auto Body for some body work after a collision. initially i had only wanted to get an estimate so i could decide whether or not to total the car or get it fixed. not only did it take them a WEEK to do the estimate, they started work on the car without my authorization. i called twice a week to check on the progress of the repairs, but RARELY was anyone available who knew the status of the repairs. it took them a month and a half to fix my car, and when i came to p... read more
Disappointed by their work and service Took the car to this shop based on insurance recommendations and internet review. After getting the car back after a week, I find uninstalled parts in the trunk, scratches on the door, misaligned trim pieces, a trunk lid with a gap larger and higher than the other side, and worst of all, my car key bent.
