Failed to do affective surgery. Failed to refer and follow up for more than 6 week of unresolved bleeding from my daughters surgery. Left 12 phone calls unreturned by him, front deesk, and office manager for weeks. Until I went to their office and demanded medical records they still had not made specialist referral, and let them know I would never let him see my daughter again.
