I can not speak highly enough of Heather Melaun and the team at the Charlotte Luxury models for Jones home! It was a pleasure to come and tour the models and see the details and quality in the finishes! I know my real estate buyer clients will have the same opinion. Heather is knowledgeable, friendly and so easy to work with! Check out the new location in Marvin before they are all gone! Thank you again Rachel
If I could give them one star I would! They have left unended amounts of items half complete. They are careless, basically called me a liar, their customer service is absolutely horrible. The whole experience has left a nasty taste in my mouth. Don't buy anything from Jones homes unless you want a half complete home after you give them all the money they need 🤦♀️ absolutely ridiculous We are in bent creek and we are not the only home here that feels this way. They also left the neighborhood in disarray smh
Jones Homes USA is HORRIBLE! Let me list their shortcomings: 1)Had ONE walk through in entire himebuilding process and that was 2 hours AFTER CLOSING. 2)Created an entire 3 page list of corrections. Took them a YEAR to correct. 3) Now here we are almost 2 YEARS after move in and : My floors are warping My center island paneling is warped Had an electrician come out and he stated that the fuses used were replaced after inspection.
