Got charged about $1,500 for move-out cleaning, painting and labor. Mind you, the apartment was returned in same condition as was given minus wear and tear like two wholes on the wall for hanging paintings which is covered as wear and tear on the lease. Litigating is not worth that amount and time, just telling you their trying to milk every cent out and having attorneys and collection agencies on retainer.
