I've lived here for over 10 years and the company that runs the HOA is awful. They do not return phone calls and off load everything to the owners to handle. This "was" a nice community, but the new management and president are doing a lousy job.

If you are looking to purchase a home, make sure to look at Zillow.com or realtor.com under zip code 77386. Unfortunately, har.com doesn't list all the properties that are for sale in the neighborhood currently. I hope this helps someone! :-)
It is a beautiful facility for entertaining. I would schedule an event. The staff wasn't timely and the did not shedule the event at the correct time.
The management staff have done an awesome job revitalizing the landscape. The events lately have been superb . Love the pools . We love living here . Constant improvements even though life already feels special living here . Thank you to the ladies in the office . Thank you all . Be blessed .
