Holly and Kiarra are saints to work with always there when i need them. Kiarra has a great bubbly personality thats contagious! Maintenance has done an absolute great job! Holly and Kiarra got me in quick and helped me through the difficult process when i was very busy. Highly recommend The Falls!
My honest review of The Falls. So I’ve been here since February. I would say my time here has been alright. For the first few months, my apartment was infested with brown recluses. I mean I would see 2 or 3 everyday for weeks and I was very scared. There was one in my bed one time. Pest control came in and put all this white powder everywhere. I have no clue what it was. They were sloppy and put it on my clothes in the closet?? So I had to wash off white poison powder off my clothes. It was on my quilt on my bed, the dresser... read more

Current resident. Woke up to a leak from under the kitchen sink. I called for maintenance. James returned my call quickly. James came by to fix it. He was very professional and friendly. He explained what he needed to do and fixed it quickly. Can’t thank him enough.
I lived here for 6 months, which isn't a long time. The move-in process was simple, maintenance requests were handled fairly quickly compared to most apartments. The only issues we had, were with our bizarre and violent neighbors. About two months of living there, we began to hear screaming and fighting from our upstairs neighbor, as well as whimpering and crying from the dog he had.
