If there is negative stars, that’s what I would’ve put : this is the message I put in in the work order and the response below is what I received from the manager of the facility I need somebody up here ASAP to get this fixed no hot water yet again we’re not just gonna flip a breaker this time we need to find out what’s really wrong with it. I’m not gonna have my hot water going out on the weekend when nobody’s here to work on it.

The staff is awesome, especially Ms. K. The complex is amazing and the apartments are great! My neighbors are friendly and so helpful.
I really enjoyed my experience at the Falls ! The ladies in the office were so warm and welcoming , made me feel right at home . The apartment was nice and clean .
