I lived here for 6 months, which isn't a long time. The move-in process was simple, maintenance requests were handled fairly quickly compared to most apartments. The only issues we had, were with our bizarre and violent neighbors. About two months of living there, we began to hear screaming and fighting from our upstairs neighbor, as well as whimpering and crying from the dog he had. The staff at the falls are amazing. Holly and Kierra are always available and have positive energy. Jorge and James are very respectful and always willing to go the extra mile to help out.
Holly has been absolutely wonderful to work with! From the very start, she’s been kind, professional, and incredibly helpful; she made what could have been a stressful moving process feel easy and seamless. Holly answered all our questions with patience and kept us informed every step of the way. Holly truly went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and supported. Holly’s friendliness and genuine care make us confident this community will be a place we’re happy to call home.
Kiarra was delightful and helped with any and all questions we needed. She was even kind enough to stay on the phone for almost an hour with all steps of the process.
