Holly and Kiarra have been the most pleasant people to work with! They truly care about you and your family. They went above and beyond for us and that is truly hard to find these days! If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would:)
Feels more like a community than just a rental complex. Staff is always responsive, friendly and professional. Truly enjoy all the amenities offered.
We have really enjoyed our apartment at the Falls at 109. Holly is the best property manager we’ve worked with and also kudos to Kiara in the office. We send a big shoutout to Jorge and James on the maintenance team-always quick to respond and very courteous. Thanks to all!
We got our keys on 06/22/2026, but our amazing experience started a week before when we came to view an apartment and talk about what it would take to lease an apartment at the Falls at 109. Holly is AMAZING. She went over every single detail of every single step to get into our apartment. She told us about all that the Falls has to offer and her honesty was exceptional. I moved out in March and seeing how things were going with my job situation thought I couldn’t renew my lease for the 3rd time to be there for 3 years and after I gave my notice a week later I wanted to move forward to staying however someone had taken over that lease just to recently find out 2 to 3 months later they are moving out of the apartment I was leasing. So I’m disappointed.
