RecommendedGreat customer service - gave name of technician at time of booking, was advised would contact when on his way - which he did. On arrival introduced himself - Morris, and the did a thorough inspection and pointed out reasons for fixing faults eg light switches which I hadn't thought about. Was very professional and discussed quote to ensure I was happy to go ahead. Finished all work in good time and cleaned up as he went. I always choose Fallon because I know that I’ll receive fantastic service. Today, I had a new oven installed. I needed an electrician and a carpenter. Brett Forrest and Denis Phillips arrived on time and I was given a phone call 30 minutes prior to their arrival. They were extremely friendly, completed the job professionally, cleaned up after completion of the job and also answered a few questions that I had. I will be choosing Fallon again next time I need a tradie.

Chris came out at 8pm on New Years Eve to fix our burst water pipe. He arrived when he said he would, his customer service was impeccable and he sorted the problem with no worries. I would definitely recommended Chris for any plumbing concerns.

Service was very expensive and a complete waste of time and money as I spent $1200 to find out they aircon does not work which I knew already and to replace was almost double the price of other quotes I received I would seriously think twice before spending money with Fallon Solutions as I spent a lot of money and got no solution

great fast service explained everything needed. replaced our hot water system same day and had hot water when we got home for work. New copper pipes and pipes and even a new slab. highly recommend Justin and another fellow were really great.

I can adamantly recommend FALLON SOLUTIONS for any type of plumbing work as I have recently replaced all my tapware with the recommended 3/4 ceramic tapware which came with a 15-year warranty. The technician Justin Endicott was very professional with a friendly attitude.
