I am a 60 year old woman who suffers with Ostoearthritis in just about every joint in my body. Dr. williams was very rude and crude to me. No examination. I had exrays proving my arthritis. She spent maybe 5 minutes with me and then said that she could not help me. I left in tears and could not understand why an arthritis specialist turned me away. Terrible bedside manner and very uncaring. Do not see this unprofessional doctor.
I love Dr. Williams. Have been seeing her now for a couple years. If I call with an issue, she'll personally call me back asap or one of her staff will. Everybody is kind, caring and helpful. Have NEVER had an issue.
