This company advertises items as “in stock and ready to ship,” which was a key factor in placing my order. However, after ordering multiple items, I was later informed that they were not actually in stock and would require additional lead time. They suggested a replacement, but the alternative did not match the original specifications. I placed an online order that arrived late (not FallLine's fault), and Janette, their Office Manager, was so helpful and sincere. She did everything she could to help, even following up via email to ensure I was going to get my order. 5-stars for Janette!

I worked for this company many years ago and I committed a dishonest act against them, however this company and the owners and staff are STELLAR and produce great product. You would be insane not to do business with them they are the BEST in their field.
