Very knowledgeable about treating koi disease and sickness. She treated our fish and has our pond looking better than ever.

Honestly, I really doubt that she has a koi farm. Has anybody actually seen it? She never allows anybody to see the fish in person. Never available, somewhat rude, her overall approach is not how you would expect someone with a legitimate business to behave, which makes me feel that this is an LLC with a different purpose. Buyer Beware: She wants all the money up front and then comes to take your koi off your property. You are then hostage to whatever time frame or methods she decides to take and it could be days or weeks. If you want someone to do a great job on your pond in a day or two for much less, google waterfall maintenance like we did.
