Tru is very responsive and diligent. He successfully diagnosed our furnace issue and then was able to source the necessary parts and fix it. We've had lots of service companies try to get us to sign up for service plans and we've generally resisted, but we signed up for Falling Star's Gold Star plan because of our experience!
Falling Star was very professional and responsive. It was a tricky commercial HVAC installation and the were more than qualified. I got great guidance, products, and installation. The building is nice and comfy.

Service was exceptionally fast and responsive! Tru (the service representative) was knowledgeable and friendly - had my humidifier up and running quickly. They are my new go-to for my HVAC and ductwork needs.
Trumane was the pro who inspected our HVAC unit, he was really professional and nice. He told us what needed to get done without pressuring unnecessary work. We’re happy with the company and we will use them for the work he suggested. We like this company a lot!
