I was disappointed in the lack of transparency in the pricing. During the original service they talked about cleaning the outside unit and based on the discounted $800 price tag I was surprised it was not included.
Isidro was a ton of help, was professional, and very knowledgeable.
The service technician, Isidro at Falling Star HVAC was very knowledgeable, communicated well, and fixed my air conditioning. He discussed my options with me and was very informative about what was going on with my HVAC unit. I would definitely recommend using Falling Star HVAC.
