Chris was great - polite, efficient, very thorough. Found an issue previous tech missed, answered all my questions. Will definitely use them again and recommend to friends.
After years of being told our AC unit was working as intended, Chris from Falling Star was able to find the actual problem. Unfortunately, it was an unrepairable leak, and we had to replace our AC, but no more constant costly yearly repair visits to band-aid the problem. They did a thorough inspection of the internal and external units, way more than any other repair shop I've experienced in the area. Most just go to the condenser outside.
