Everyone is pleasant and seem to care about my sister. They go out of their way to help me thru this new chapter in her life & mine.
My mom had the same shirt on for 3 days.She has ample clothing and it is clearly marked.Had to insist that someone go to laundry and retrieve some clean clothes for her. My sister was there the day before and asked two different people and got no resolve.. Dining room fans have 2 inches of dust on them and cobwebs in every corner. Place sucks!! So unprofessional especially the nurses. And they have their picks and let them do whatever they want. Place needs to be shut down!!!!
