Aidan and Jayson were very efficient and courteous delivery crew. We enjoyed talking to them and they exceeded our expectations!
I am always so happy that we purchased our new bed and mattress from Faller's. Dana did such a great job helping us choose the right bed and mattress. The delivery was perfect. The 2 men who delivered were so professional with setup and instructions. This is the main reason I purchase from Faller's is their delivery and these two men did not disappoint. Thank you Dana! The customer service is the best! They aren't pushy when looking around, they are very helpful, friendly, and they searched for the products I was looking for that they did not carry in the store. Delivery is always on time, efficient, and most importantly careful when maneuvering with bulky items. Shout out to Aiden and Layton for fully disassembling and maneuvering a reclining sofa and chair into our basement. They were professional, quick, clean, and friendly. And they unexpectedly agreed to removed some older furniture that was in the way. Thanks also to Dana for not pressuring an upsell, but helping us find a couple pieces that our son can use while home for the summer. Nice job, Fallers!
