I went to Fallen Graffix just before Christmas to have some t-shirts made. I did not need a huge order but was willing to at least do the minimum or pay more. I also had specific design needs I wanted help with. They told me they were busy with Christmas orders and they would get back to me. Totally fine! I waited several weeks and did not hear back so I reached out. They said they had been busy but would take a look at my pics I sent. No problem! First and foremost their customer service was amazing. I asked them to do something they don't usually do and they made an exception because of the circumstances. A very nice veteran owned business. I would recommend them to anyone.
