Katie was amazing to work with while we searched and searched for our new home and when we decided to sell our rental property. She was incredibly patient with us and even talked us out of some of the homes on the higer side of our price range because the finishings on the remodels weren't up to par. Katie has helped us sell and purchase a home and was phenomenal helping us with both. She takes the time to walk us through each offer received when selling and each offer to put in when selling.
