I have been renting through them for a little over 9 years. They are friendly, efficient, and a real pleasure to deal with.
Showed up early to an appointment only to be rushed after about 10-15 minutes of looking. Then quoted misinformation about our $500 non refundable dog deposit (for a 8 pound housebroken chihuahua) only to fill out an application to be told by the same woman "no dogs"... not impressed. Would have saved my paper and $30 (application fee) and time, maybe if any information was listed online... we wouldn't have wasted our time!
I’ve used their services for many years, always a smooth process. Lisa and Stefanie are super to work with! Professional, accommodating and friendly. I highly recommend them!!
