First time visiting. I stopped by on a Friday around 12:30 PM after my original massage spot didn’t have availability. When I called this location, they told me to come right in, which I appreciated. The experience was a bit different from what I’m used to. The customer service wasn’t very personalized, and the overall atmosphere felt more transactional than welcoming. I am posting again after another 90 minute massage from Lili at the Fall Spa. She is incredibly intuitive and finds my problem areas in just a few minutes. I have once again come away feeling much younger and more limber. Worth every penny and then some!
