Would definetly leave a negative 10, if I could for Fall River Health, due to perfunctory care for their patients in a rural community! My husband would be DEAD for sure, if I hadn't researched to find out that required tests weren't being performed for the medication he was being prescribed(for almost 2 years)! When my test results are available to me, and I inquire about abnormal results, I've been told I can't even see anyone to get a referral or followup for these results. Ive had some very positive and helpful recent visits to this clinic. The doctor I saw was professional communicative and competent. The rest of the nurses and staff are kind courteous and employ empathy.
The two provider nurses at this location are incredibly rude and demeaning. They both talk down to the patients and the other staff. They apparently do not have doctors at this clinic only two senior nurses that treat people horribly. The rest of the nurses and staff are kind courteous and employ empathy.
