I know that electricity and the power grid is a modern wonder. However, when the power flicks off lately about once a week sometimes more here in Driggs. It makes me wonder about the reliability of the entire system. Blue sky day and it still goes out. hmm. I'm not an electrician just stating my frustration and concern.
According to the employee who answered the phone, January 27th 2026 around 11am, customers can't make payments over the phone anymore. Seems like BS to me so enjoy snail mail and dealing with a physical check.

Lost my power for more than 10 hours yesterday due to electrical failure on Fall Rivers Electric side. All of our refrigerator food went bad, about $300 worth. When we called about compensation due to there delays and failed services we pretty much got the “sorry for your loss” comments. As if we don’t struggle enough paying bills now we have to replace our food somehow this month for our children because your system failed.
