Lost my power for more than 10 hours yesterday due to electrical failure on Fall Rivers Electric side. All of our refrigerator food went bad, about $300 worth. When we called about compensation due to there delays and failed services we pretty much got the “sorry for your loss” comments. As if we don’t struggle enough paying bills now we have to replace our food somehow this month for our children because your system failed.
Fall River Propane was, fast, professional and very efficient. Great pricing and very friendly staff.
Whenever I call I feel like they treat my need for propane as an emergency. Seriously the last time I ordered they said they would go right out. I was about 6 minutes away from the house and they beat me there. I cannot get a pizza that fast! Each time they have serviced me this winter I have been very impressed.
