Lee told me I had a starter issue I had brought it to mechanic to get starter replaced since it was “diagnosed” and I was told it was not the starter at all. I paid 80$ for a diagnosis to be lied to I contacted Lee and then was ignored when I asked how did he diagnose it was a starter issue because the current mechanic said differently
I was headed to a family birthday party when the car just refused to start. Not exactly the kind of delay you want when people are waiting for you. He came out faster than I expected and diagnosed it as a starter problem. Even though it was later in the evening, he managed to get the part and finish the job. We still made it to the party, just a little late, and that was a huge relief.
Friendly, fast, and didn’t make me feel dumb for not knowing what was wrong. Explained it all and had the part ready
Got him to come by for an inspection for a car I was purchasing. Can give him 5 stars for his service!
