Ive had some very positive and helpful recent visits to this clinic. The doctor I saw was professional communicative and competent. The rest of the nurses and staff are kind courteous and employ empathy.
The two provider nurses at this location are incredibly rude and demeaning. They both talk down to the patients and the other staff. They apparently do not have doctors at this clinic only two senior nurses that treat people horribly. The rest of the nurses and staff are kind courteous and employ empathy.
My wife caught Covid. She needed urgent care. This Falls River office gave Covid test (positive) and took vitals (fever, low pulse ox), but said we can’t see a doctor for 3.5 hours and we have to wait in the parking lot. This is not my idea of Urgent care. They were nice and said we could go to their Burney office The Falls River office said they called Burney and made an appointment for us at 1 pm.
