I was very excited when our local pharmacy opened back up. I immediately transferred my prescriptions away from Walgreens and to Fall Mountain Pharmacy. Unfortunately Fall Mountain has dropped me as a customer and will no longer fill my prescriptions because they lose too much money on my medications for my type 1 diabetes. Sounds like an issue with their wholesaler, not with me. Yet it is I who has to suffer the consequences of their business decisions. So now I am forced to transfer my prescriptions back to Walgreens. Ever since my local pharmacy closed, I’ve tried to utilize Fall Mountain Pharmacy for my Rx’s, but they never could/would fill my complete prescriptions. Every time it was only partially filled, which ment i had to drive an extra hour to go pick up the rest on another day. I never had issues like this when it was Greater Falls Pharmacy. The staff was also passive aggressive with their responses to my questions. I never had issues like this before and I had always spoken highly of this pharmacy. I was wrong.
Best pharmacy. They know the customers and the service they provide is amazing
