We bought a spec home that Fall Creek had built in a neighborhood that was 90% Fall Creek builds. We've lived here for 6 years and all of the cement that was done is falling apart. Six of my neighbors have had to replace driveways and we're next. Our patio pad that we tore out had no road base under it at all. This is tens of thousands of dollars that this is costing each of us! Completely unacceptable!

Recently purchased a new home from Fall Creek and was impressed with the professionalism that was provided by Mike and Justus. They were sure to make sure we were happy with the house before we closed and did not feel like there was empty promises or deception. The quality of the house is exceptionally high and you can tell subs take pride in their work. The process was painless and enjoyable with no big surprises. Would definitely purchase another Fall Creek Home!

We love our new home! I think that Fall Creek is one of the best companies, if not the best, here in Idaho Falls. They are easy to work with, have excellent customer service, and one thing my wife and I really loved is that they are very detail-oriented.

Any builder that builds a home so that the garage floor elevation is lower than the sidewalk and street, shouldnt be allowed to build anything other than sheds and chicken coops.
