Easily the best experience for a buyer buying a new construction home!
Recently purchased a new home from Fall Creek and was impressed with the professionalism that was provided by Mike and Justus. They were sure to make sure we were happy with the house before we closed and did not feel like there was empty promises or deception. The quality of the house is exceptionally high and you can tell subs take pride in their work. The process was painless and enjoyable with no big surprises. Would definitely purchase another Fall Creek Home!
We love our new home! I think that Fall Creek is one of the best companies, if not the best, here in Idaho Falls. They are easy to work with, have excellent customer service, and one thing my wife and I really loved is that they are very detail-oriented.
Any builder that builds a home so that the garage floor elevation is lower than the sidewalk and street, shouldnt be allowed to build anything other than sheds and chicken coops.
Bought a home from this builder about a year and a half ago and have had more issues with the brand new build in that time than we did in 3 years with a house built in the 60s. Immediately upon moving in, the floor jam under the door shattered and a cover on the upstairs bathtub came off. Not a huge deal and one was fixed right away but the very pleasant handyman. Fast forward a few months and the plumbing in the downstairs bathroom clogged, causing sewage in the utility room to overflow. This was also “fixed” under warranty... read more
