They fail to pick up trash and fail to preform basic upkeep. They can remodel an office though. Unqualified people and embezzlement along with a host of other questionable expenditures.

Avoid, they do not take care of the property and instead look to fine owners for nonsense instead of doing their job. A waste as for hoa fees, they are the highest and your guests do not even get access to a pool.

AVOID!! This place charges more in hoa(no pool for your guests) harasses owners and instead of taking care of the property, they look for ways to fine owners. It is ridiculous that this place allows a husband wife team to run things without checks in place. The property is trashy as they only maintain the front.

This property is truly the "projects" of Branson! The association does not keep the grounds, ie: grass, shrubs groomed. They put most of their attention and efforts to the front part of the property to give the perception that the entire property is taken care of in the same manner. They perform upkeep projects and then attach arbitrary costs for owner's to pay. I recently disputed a painting charge as I was given inconsistent quoted and then charged something totally different. I’ve owned a condo in Fall Creek for 5 years now and the HOA has always been helpful. The roads, parking lots and grounds are always nicely kept and painted. The condos are privately owned, so an “incidence” is up to the owner to pass along rules to their tenants should owners chose to rent out instead of live in the unit. Rules are such to keep the complex (and it’s a big complex of units) nice-looking. They are nice for the price which is lower than most in area, nightly rentals there are also lower than most in the area.

My wife and I had purchased a condo here in May 2018 and had had no problems. As of any condo associations there are bylaws and general requirements. I feel that these bylaws and requirements are nothing out of the norm. The condo that we had purchased the grounds are up kept, Building is well up kept. I my self are very happy to be a condo owner at fall creek condo association

Terrible place to buy. The are money grabbing idiots who try and generate revenue by fining owners for everything. The amount of pure trash they mail you is ridiculous. They try and get more money out of owners for every little thing and it is the cheapest condos in branson. My renter had a gun pulled in him and the so called president rick scott only response was "was it an owner, he can fined for that" what???? My tenant had his 3yo daughter with him and all they cared about was fining someone for money. Avoid!!!
