Very thorough. Very responsive. Couldn't work with a better lawyer for our trust. Confident that our heirs are in good hands.
Being a beneficiary of a trust run by Falkowski I'm not very impressed. Falkowski likes to threaten to deduct money from my trust if I ask him questions regarding my trust. I guess I don't have the right to know about the trust held for me and my name. Seems like everyone but me is benefiting from me having a trust there.
