We used this company for years, they were taken over by new ownership and literally everyone we had dealt with had left, but to put the icing on the cake we lost some of our passwords for servers that we had long before we hired them, they wouldn't give the owner his own passwords!!! also they said our information was backed up, but when our server crashed we found out they had no back up!!!
This place is a joke... They promise things they have no idea how to deliver.
