We didn't buy a van after some perusing, but this was due to changing mind, will start "the van project" next year. Staff were great, very friendly and great advice.
Phoned after a van on a Friday, guy called back and said it was still available, said I would come over Saturday morning. Drove 20 miles to arrive at 9 Saturday morning - not open, waited 20 minutes for someone to arrive, to be told van was sold - total waste of my time and weekend. Spent my 20 minutes waiting looking at reviews on trust pilot - probably had a lucky escape going by reviews. . . .
Sold me an expensive heap that never made it 50 miles before blowing the head gasket, Left me renting for 6 months whilst they were "fixing it". They never did fix it and i moved on. I tried swapping it for another van they were selling but they wouldn't give me back the difference in price. 11 months later they are still due me money they held on to saying they were awaiting the warranty paying out. Bought my new van last week , staff are great to deal with, freindly and helpful. Picked up van on Sunday and it was spot on . Excellent service and would definitely recommend to anyone. Well done .
