Had a roof cap blow off due to wind. Falke’s added a vented roof cap. They called the day of, and said they made a mistake and that our homes vents were in bad shape and they were going to replace them on their dime, as they should have caught it upon their initial inspection. They could’ve easily replaced and charged for them and not mentioned their small oversight. Despite a large amount of weather damage in the area, including tornado damage, we received a prompt evaluation, quick quote and prompt initiation and completion of our roofing project. No additional damage was encountered, so no add-ons to the estimate. So far we have not encountered any stray nails or materials from the project. David and Stacy and crew are very nice people to deal with. We are very happy with the service and project. We would definitely consider them again for future needs.

I have, and will continue to recommend these guys. I was impressed start to finish on my roofing job. Price was good, they communicate very well, and were punctual. Ohhh, and they did a great job to boot! Very happy, and would highly recommend!!
