I would give zero stars if possible. We made the mistake of allowing them to make our son's braces last year. We found out after a routine review of our medical expenses that we were overbilled by a factor of almost 5x. They have been making excuse after excuse for almost a year to avoid refunding our money. The matter has been widely documented on multiple emails, claims have been processed and resubmitted several times, multiple copies of explanations of benefits, etc and they still fail to deliver over and over again.
