The Worst! Bob Falk's expletive-filled verbal attack on us on the front porch of our home on Sept 18 turned a challenging project into a downright awful experience. Falk delayed our bathroom remodel scheduled to start in March, then delayed to April, then early May, then before Memorial Day, then the first week of June. Work finally began on July 2. My mother and step father are still waiting for the completion of work contracted with these people. It has been over 1 year. Sad way to run a business.
