Dr Hanekom is fantastic! A real pleasure to have a doc that listens and cares. Front staff could dress more professional.
I love the staff members I give them 100/10 as well as just the place itself is 100/10. My personal experience with that place is wonderful. I have never had any problems with the staff. When you walk in you feel cared for. The entry in the room makes you feel like your health is first priority and very important. My family doctor Stephanie she’s amazing. I love her so much. This review is based on multiple complaints from myself and other patients. The staff are nice but they are unorganized. They seem to have a habit of either losing forms, not returning phone calls, not following up on what they say they’ll do, losing results, etc etc. After waiting for over a year for my MRI results, i finally gave up and had to get someone else to sit down with me to discuss them. I stopped going to this clinic 15 yrs ago due to the same issues and i see things havent changed or improved. So forced to go el... read more
