How ignorant this pharmacy is, my mom's sugar levels are high, she got the drug store from Spirit River (where she normally deals with but lives in Donnelly) to fax her prescription to get her medication and she went in to get it or even get 1 friggen pill to bring her sugar levels down and they were absolutely ignorant to her, told her it'd be at least an hour or more because their fax machine is down, I get that but at least talk to my mom like a human being no need to be rude!!! Great staff Always going the extra mile. We are very lucky to have such a place in our small community. Don’t take it for granted.
This is specifically in relation to the retail portion. We purchased a train toy for our 3 year old for Christmas. It broke within 10 minutes of him playing with it. I investigated the item online and it has poor reviews and breaks quickly. The staff member that spoke to my husband interrogated him about the toy and refused to exchange or return it.
