What I’ve noticed about a lot of businesses—including this one—is that good customer service seems to be a thing of the past. You call to place an order, and the phone either rings endlessly, someone answers just to put you on hold and never comes back, or you can’t get through at all. It’s almost like you’re begging these establishments to take your money! 🤦🏽♀️ And honestly, that’s terrible. More people need to speak up and complain when they receive poor service so these businesses can recognize the problem and fix it. ... read more
Best pizza in the area! I enjoy the ultra thin crust. Falco's is really the only pizza spot we order from and it never disappoints. The dining area is fairly small, but service is always top notch.
