Staff were all pleasant but one staff member handling our pizza pie did not observe basic rules of food handling protocol. Ordered the Caprese pizza pie. The pizza came out of the oven and then a staff member proceeded to apply the basil leaflets to the pizza top with his bare hands. That was our one and only experience. We won't be going back.
The waitress (Stephanie) provided outstanding service. The food quality was above average for Italian-American cuisine. The portions were enormous. Everyone in my party of 7 (including a child) enjoyed their meal and had a good time. Highly recommend dining here! One thing to note.. there's no alcohol(?).
These people are AWESOME!! Foods great too. Need beer and wine on the menu, but it's coming soon. 🤠
We placed an order on site and was told it would be 30 minutes. When we went in to pick up 30 minutes later, one pizza was on top of the oven. The other pizza hadn't been put in the oven yet. We waited an additional 20 minutes to get our pizzas. The one that had been on the oven was barely warm and the crust was dried out and tough. The Margherita pizza that was hot out of the oven was better but there was so little cheese/topping that we basically ate a "sauce only" pizza. Let me tell you this is the first place in Leland since I moved here that I had truly poor service. First off when I called the order when the girl was so rude and barely spoke back to me then just said ok it be ready in 20 minutes. Ok whatever maybe she was overwhelmed and busy. Then I arrive to get my food 20 minutes later and it’s not ready so I’m sitting here waiting which isn’t the biggest issue to me.
