Was suppose to show up for court but says he couldn’t turn his Mic on and lost the case
Visited Falconer Law to help with a mortgage re-finance. They took a retainer from me, stating a cost for the service, and when it came time for the disbursement from trust and the invoice, that cost suddenly became the exact amount of the retainer which was a big surprise to me based on the initial conversation. I spoke to them about this matter and then was ghosted by them.
