I have lived here for over 6 years and cannot speak more highly of this property and its owners. It is a clean, well-maintained building and the landlord takes excellent care of any issues that may pop up. Most of the time, if you contact him with a problem, he is there within a half hour to take care of it. You simply cannot find landlords who care this much anywhere else in Chautauqua County. Very nice place to rent. All tenants are friendly and look for each other. Apartments are clean and well managed. There is off street parking, security system, and laundry room son each floor.
